Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the item(s) back to us. Follow the steps on our online Return Form below to organise the return.
All items will be assessed upon return to GIP to ensure they are in good condition, prior to a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be provided with a store credit.
Please note that the return freight remains the customer’s responsibility and delivery costs are non-refundable. The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Slightly Imperfect products
- Clearance items
- Products which have been personalised/branded
Claims for products damaged in Transit
GIP carefully inspects and thoroughly packages each order prior to shipment. On the odd chance your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately via the Return Form below within 7 days of receiving your parcel with the following photos attached:
- A photo of any visible signs of damage to the package prior to opening
- A photo of any goods that have been damaged
We will then assess the situation and organise a replacement of the damaged goods as soon as possible.
GIP is proud to provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on the quality of our products. All faults must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise a replacement product.
