MAT LOGO BRANDING ORDERS
- First-time Mat Logo orders require 10 to 14 business days to manufacture your Mat Logo Block and brand your mats.
RUSH service unavailable. - 4 to 7 business days if Mat Logo Block is already on file with us.
Orders with FOLIO BOX, USB BOX AND/OR ACRYLIC BLOCK LOGO PRINTING
- 2 to 4 business days.
- If there are any setup issues with your uploaded Printing Template file we will contact you. Please note that these delays will add to the processing time of the order.
USA Shipping (All 50 States)
The below mentioned shipping times are in addition to order processing times. Unforeseen courier delays are out of our control.

- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $199.
- FLAT RATE of $19.50 USD for all orders using Australia Post Intl Standard service under $199.
- 7-10 business days after processing to east coast and remote destinations.
- No SIGNATURE required if safe to leave.

EXPRESS SERVICE (AUSTPOST INTL EXPRESS)
- FLAT RATE of $24.50 USD for all orders using Australia Post Intl Express service.

DROP Shipping (direct to your customer)
The below mentioned shipping times are in addition to order processing times. Unforeseen courier delays are out of our control.
- Drop shipping is a service where orders are processed & packed to be shipped directly to your client.
- NO ADDITIONAL charges for Drop Shipping.
- White label plain carton packaging with no reference to Global Image Products.
- No invoices or Packing Lists enclosed.
- Can only drop ship to one client at a time per order. (If drop shipping to multiple clients please ensure a separate order is placed for each client with their respective shipping addresses).
- Shipping times: As per your selected service.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping (Canada, mexico & USA ARmed Forces)
The below mentioned shipping times are in addition to order processing times. Unforeseen courier delays are out of our control.
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $199 (Australia Post Intl Standard service).
- FLAT RATE of $19.50 USD for all orders using Australia Post Intl Standard service under $199.
- FLAT RATE of $24.50 USD for all orders using Australia Post Intl Express service.
- A 10% import duty is added to USA orders to ensure door to door delivery. Canada & Mexico orders are responsible for their own duty & taxes where applicable.
